Weaver House Breakfast & Worship

Operated by the Greensboro Urban Ministry, Weaver House provides temporary shelter for homeless single adult men and women. On the first Sunday morning of each month Westminster members prepare and serve breakfast, as well as lead devotional music and prayer. All are welcome to participate and no advanced notice or sign-up is required. Simply show up at the Urban Ministry, located at the corner of South Elm/Eugene and Lee Streets, at 7 am. For a comprehensive look at all GUM services and programs, please visit their website.

Ministry WEAVER HOUSE SHELTER the first Sunday of each month. Children elementary school age and older are welcome.  No sign up necessary. Our next breakfast is Sunday, April 1 at 6:45 a.m. Please enter the GUM property by way of their loading dock entrance at 1002 South Eugene Street.  Park just south of the loading dock and enter the building just north of the loading dock by way of the first covered walkway door.  Please contact Ann Comfort in the church office for more information.
